Want to unleash your inner artist and socialize with other creatives? Well join us at Windsor Art Center for a Rock Decorating Event, Sunday August, 4, from 1-3pm.
All materials (prepared rock, paint, markers, beads, twine, etc.) will be supplied to create your own decorated and embellished rocks!
