Have an art project you need materials and/or advice for? Just want to come in and play around with paint and chat with other artists? Well stop into the WAC studio during open classroom hours to use the space and materials for your personal project, and even receive guidance from local artist Michelle Hawran (if you wish!) 

Pricing / Registration Info:

  • $15/hr (prepay online or at the door to instructor). Sign ups are in one-hour increments anytime from 11am–2pm
  • WAC members receive $5 discount on third hour.
  • You MUST sign up at least a day in advance and RSVP to classes@windsorartcenter.org to let the instructor know you are coming so she can properly prepare.
  • If you register but fail to show up without notifying the instructor at least 24 hrs in advance, you will not receive a refund.

List of materials included in the classroom is as follows:

  • Paint (acrylic and watercolor)
  • Paper (plain, colored, patterned, cardstock)
  • Pens, pencils, colored pencils, markers
  • Chalk and oil pastel
  • Paintbrushes, scissors, glue
  • Stamps, wire, buttons, limited yarn

*Any other material can be requested and purchased for you, but it will be added to your total cost. 

WAC Studios is located at 35 Central St, Windsor, CT 06095. Please note, this location is across the street from our main gallery. There is free parking next door at CVS, or across the tracks.
