10th Annual Members Exhibit 2024

The Tenth Annual Members’ Exhibition will be on view July 20, 2024 through August 31, 2024. WAC Members’ Exhibition include a wide range of talent, featuring a vast array of styles, subjects, and media. WAC members consist of professional and avocational artists of all ages. Awards are given for Best in Show, Second Place, Honorable Mention and Young Participant Recognition.

We are honored to have Deborah Dancy as our Juror of Awards this year. Deborah is an award-winning multi-media artist. Her work is included in collections and museums throughout the United States and the United States Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe.

You must be a current member of the Windsor Art Center to participate in this exhibit. All submission guidelines are posted at www.windsorartcenter.org.

Windsor Art Center membership is open to anyone who wishes to support the center’s mission of “celebrating creativity and inspiring an appreciation for diverse artistic cultures by showcasing the visual and performing arts.” Those interested in exhibiting in the Members’ Exhibition or participating in other activities can join or renew their membership online or in person at the gallery. In addition to supporting the arts in our region, your membership benefits include discounts on Windsor Art Center classes, workshops and the Gift Shop.

• Opening Reception and Awards: Saturday, July 20, 5-7pm  
• Award Presentation is Saturday, July 20. Winners will be published on the Windsor Art Center website as well as on our social media accounts.
• Rock Decorating Event: Sunday, August 4, 1-3pm

Join us for a Rock Decorating Event,  Sunday August, 4, 1-3pm. Materials (prepared rock, paint, markers, beads, twine, etc.) will be supplied to create your own decorated and embellished rocks. 

Registration required. $5.00 suggested donation. 15 participants maximum.

The Windsor Art Center, Windsor, Connecticut, is a nonprofit organization that promotes the visual and performing arts and presents visual art exhibits showcasing the works of a variety of artists working in diverse media and genres. There is no charge to visit the gallery or the on-site gift shop which features locally made art. Parking is free and easily accessible.
