Windsor Art Center is now accepting exhibit proposals for 2027. Please submit your solo or group proposal using the Google Form below. Our Curatorial Advisory Committee meets twice a year in April and October to review all submitted proposals.

Please Note:

  • You must have a Google / Gmail account to submit a proposal.
  • The deadline to be considered for a show in early 2027 is March 22, 2026. The deadline to be considered for a show in mid-late 2027 is Sept 16, 2026.
  • You will be contacted in May 2026 if you were selected to show in one of the first two shows of the year (Jan–Feb or Mar–Apr). If you were not selected, your proposal will remain in the applicant pool and be reviewed again in October for the remaining three shows of 2027 (May–Jun, Sept–Oct, Nov–Dec).
  • There is a $40 flat fee for submitting a proposal. If you submit prior to March 22 but your proposal is not selected during our April review, your work will remain in consideration for our October review, and you do not need to submit the fee again.
