12th Annual Members’ Exhibition

Exhibition Dates: July 18 – August 29 2025

Opening Reception: Saturday, July 18,  5-7pm

Attention all Windsor Art Center members!  We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your artistic talents in our upcoming exhibition. Whether you are an established artist or emerging creative, we invite you to submit your artwork and be a part of this vibrant showcase.

ART RECEIVING:

Please mark your calendars for the designated art receiving dates and times. During these scheduled times, you can bring your artwork to Windsor Art Center for submission. Our dedicated volunteers will be available to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

• Sunday, July 5: 9-11am 
• Tuesday, July 7: 5-7pm

ART RETRIEVAL: (for artists and people who purchased artwork)

• Sunday, August 30: 9–11am
• Tuesday, September 1: 5 – 7pm

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Participants must be current members of Windsor Art Center.
• Each member may submit up to two works of art.
• Artwork should be ready for display, appropriately framed or prepared for installation.
• All mediums and styles are welcome.

2026 Members’ Contract – *Bring a completed, signed contract to drop off

WAC-ID-Tag-2026 – *Attach a filled out tag to the front and back of each piece before drop off

AWARDS

Awards will be chosen for Best in Show (cash prize), Second Place (cash prize), honorable mention, and recognition will be given to our young participants. Winners will be announced during the opening reception.

JUROR OF AWARD

We are honored to have Doug Hockman as our Juror of Awards this year. Doug is a nature and abstract photographer with over 15 years of experience capturing the subtle beauty and emotion of the natural world. His work has been exhibited throughout New England and recognized with awards at several art festivals. Currently, he serves as Executive Director at Arts Center East, where he continues to support and inspire the regional arts community. 

EVENTS & PROGRAMMING

• Opening Reception: Saturday, July 18th from 5–7pm. Meet the artists and get your first look at the exhibition. Free to attend, light refreshments will be served! 
• CT River & Roots Series: Friday, July 24th at 6:30pm. Enjoy a performance by Lizzie No & Friends, a Blues/Folk musician as a part of her “Outlaws’ Almanac” tour. $10 suggested donation. LEARN MORE.
